Federal Way, WA May 5, 2021 Boydston Chemical Innovations was pleased to receive notice from The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) that their Trademark has been approved for Class 1 Chemicals for use in industry and science; Plastics, unprocessed; Synthetic resins, unprocessed; and Class 17 Semi-processed resins. The mark consists of the upper case letters “BCI” to the right of a representation of a pyrylium molecule in the form of a central hexagonal hub connected at equidistant points by lines to each of three hexagonal satellites.
